As you may be aware the project has been closed for a while due to lack of funding but we have some great news…..

We are delighted to announce that Sussex Community Foundation is now  supporting Petworth Men’s Shed, and the project will be able to open again on Wednesday 13th December 2017 from 10am-2pm.

Petworth Community Garden had applied for 6 months running costs for the Men’s Shed project , and were amazed to receive a letter saying that not one, but two funders, The Fangorn Fund and The Older and Bolder Fund, were keen to support Petworth Men’s Shed.

Sussex Community Foundation have therefore been able to award funds from both funders in order to run Petworth Men’s Shed for the whole year! We couldn’t be more grateful to be able to run this fantastic project for the community again.
